We value our customers and their satisfaction is important to us. Our Refund/Exchange policy is quite simple. Following are the details.
- We have shipped a completely wrong product that is not matching with your order.
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.You have 2 days (from the date you received your ordered item) to inform us that you wish to exchange/refund the product. You can do that by sending us an email with your concern details at [email protected]
We will look into your concern then the approval email will be sent from our side for the exchange/refund.You have to send the product back to us within 5 days after the approval of your exchange/refund request.Courier charges for sending back the product will be on the customer. Send the item using a proper courier service which has a tracking mechanism.
Products must be unused and undamaged or should be in its original condition. Product should be returned with its original packaging along with Decorum Pakistan’s invoice.
